'WHERE FINE ART CONTRIBUTES TO CONSERVATION'

I had a childhood filled with adventures and excursions to fascinating places around the world. I was born in Texas, USA, but spent most of my childhood between Singapore and France. With my family, we had the opportunity to travel and experience the raw beauties of many unique natural environments.

Wanting to discover and know more of the diverse cultures of the world, I studied International Business and was able to mix travel experiences with my education. While working to obtain my masters degree, I worked six months in the Masai Mara where I fell in love with Eastern Africa and the kindness of Maasai people, admiring most how they cultivated a strong connection with their surrounding environment.

'Intelligence is the ability of a species to live in harmony with its environment.'
- Paul Watson

During this stay, however, I also noticed the increasing negative impacts of cattle overgrazing on the African savanna. Traditional farming issues like this one is why I decided to start a company to promote eco-conscious farmers in France after graduating. While being in charge of the marketing of my company, I was moved by how influential a great picture can be and, thus, began my photography journey.

In 2019, I moved to Arizona in order to pursue my passion of wildlife photography and live in harmony with Nature. More recently, I became a very fortunate father of a beautiful daughter. It's for her that I want to fight and protect our environment and raise awareness on how beautiful is this natural world.

My vision of photography.

Self-taught photographer, I see photography as a major art that allows people to express themselves and give a different perspective on things around us.

History has shown that pictures can have a greater impact than any political speech. This is why photography is a constant quest to create the most powerful image that will serve a greater cause.

Holding a camera is more than just being ready to take a picture. You compose a unique image out of an ephemeral moment. Photography can also be a way of communication, to give a voice for those who can’t express themselves. It is especially true with wildlife photography.
